“Ion Ratiu” Housing Development is located in Selimbar, close to Sibiu and only a few hundred meters from the shopping center “Promenade Mall”. It consists of two buildings with 48 apartments the first and 24 the second. All construction process started in the spring of 2008 and was fully completed in autumn 2009.
