“Panait Cerna Residence” was our first renovation project of an existing villa, in a serious state of deterioration. After only 4 months of hard work we have replaced all existing installations, the walls were completely redone, freshly plastered, the building was completely modified according to current requirements and the new green area of the yard has been completely changed.
